Processing Time for Shipments
Every order is processed within 1-3 business days. If you want to change or cancel your order after it has been entered into our system, please kindly contact our friendly Hair Care Representatives by phone at (888) 707-7906 or by email at info@infinitelengths.com.
Orders are not processed or sent on weekends or holidays. If we get a large number of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional delivery days in this scenario. We will notify you through email if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your item.
There might also be courier delays and extreme weather conditions which may affect the delivery time frame from time to time.
Shipping Timeline
All shipments can be tracked using our website's Track Your Order page.
Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-10 business days from the day of ordering depending on what courier you select upon checkout. Business days include Monday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays.

Order Tracking & Confirmation of Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a link to your tracking information.
Failure to Deliver
If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please email us at info@infinitelengths.com and we will provide you with an update on its status.
